Notta Transcribe Voice to Text Reviews

I need a completely free, no-frills transcription app. I thought this might fit the bill, but after three minutes of transcribing audio, it cut off transcription & tried to force me to subscribe. Not a chance. Plus I couldn’t even access NottaTranscribeVoicetoText until I signed in with Google, so that’s yet another insidious tendril that Big Tech will probably use to track me.

I signed up last week and only used it for a couple of meetings. I’ve been experiencing several issues with voice not transcribing at all and when it does some small mistakes here and there.

When I try to update the speaker in real-time it’s a total mess. Not able to quickly add speaker names or edit speakers. Can anyone recommend a better app as this one is not cutting it. I need a full refund.

To “trial” the features I needed (real time interpretation) I had to pay the full year…approx $80.

The real time interpretation was at best 10% accurate. The words it but together made no logical sense and had no reference to the topic being discussed. I realize I don’t understand the language I had asked to be translated, but the words being presented in the translated box were not relevant to the topic.

I would not recommend purchasing until the “real” time interpretation feature improves. Good luck verifying that before you have to purchase a full yr subscription.

I got sucked into purchasing this trying to find a quick app that could easily transcribe a video for school, don’t waste your money. You can do the same thing on Google Docs for free with as much or better accuracy. Very disappointed! What a waste of money

I loved NottaTranscribeVoicetoText and was a paid subscriber for several months. I was unable to access my account and they refuse to help me with the minutes lost. It also requires you to cancel your plan entirely and risk losing all your data in order to choose the same plan annually instead of monthly. Weird there’s no workaround on something with a service already so limited compared to its competitors. The amount to buy premium is not bad but I don’t think it’s worth it when factoring the very stringent customer service and lack of features.

First I used the website. I uploaded my audio files and then it sent me a link to my email (saying that that’s where my transcriptions would be). The email link was only a link to their mobile app. So I downloaded it, and no transcriptions were found.

So now I’m using their app to upload everything all over again… will be deleting NottaTranscribeVoicetoText as soon as I figure this thing out.

Didn’t take the notes I wanted for a few important client sessions bc typically NottaTranscribeVoicetoText has worked so well to capture everything. I hope they fix this issue with having a 30 min meeting and only a couple hundred words get transcribed

It is easy to use and transcribes my recording’s without deviating from the fact

This is literally the most incredible app I think I’ve ever used. This takes artificial intelligence to a whole new level. I literally could find 1 million uses for this.

Notta has made my work so much easier. When i miss capturing something in a meeting, notta always has my back. The transcribe feature saves a lot of time

This is a fantastic app! If you need audio converted directly to text and then be able to add bookmarks highlight words etc to what was converted NottaTranscribeVoicetoText does that and so much more. Great app very versatile and adaptable to the customers needs.

NottaTranscribeVoicetoText is a Godsend! Transcribes audio voice note perfectly. As someone that is hearing impaired/deaf, I needed this! I use this to transcribe audio text sent me from my friends.

Other times it blitgely ignores whole phrases. It would be justifiable as a purchase except for that.

New user to Notta and so far so good. It seems easy to use. I will update this after I have more time using NottaTranscribeVoicetoText .

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a while now and this is the perfect one. Very fast and accurate and it’s free!

I discovered Notta via my Langogo Language Translator. I've seen it develop from a simple note recorder into its more advanced form now. I've used others like Otter but the note summarization capability of NottaTranscribeVoicetoText blows Otter out of the water. Live this little hidden gem of an app and hopes it becomes more popular. Keep up the great on the development!!

This is INCREDIBLE! I just turn on when I need to take notes and it LITERALLY scribes for me. I don’t miss anything. Can refer back on all that was spoken.

Love this product, but - Still buggy on the AI summary generator. BUT - When the AI summary does work, though, it is EXCELLENT! I love the summary paragraph, chapter detail and action items. I can’t believe how it is able to make sense of even the most chaotic team meeting agendas!! Is there a way to have all new transcripts AND SUMMARIES emailed to me? Can’t find a way to automate this- seem to have to go to export or copy and paste commands. Other than that, which i hope will be fixed in future updates, this is the best product out there - even better than Otter (which does not do summaries or action items). Go Notta!!!
