Inconsistent, terrible customer service and clunky business model

I loved the app and was a paid subscriber for several months. I was unable to access my account and they refuse to help me with the minutes lost. It also requires you to cancel your plan entirely and risk losing all your data in order to choose the same plan annually instead of monthly. Weird there’s no workaround on something with a service already so limited compared to its competitors. The amount to buy premium is not bad but I don’t think it’s worth it when factoring the very stringent customer service and lack of features.

To “trial” the features I needed (real time interpretation) I had to pay the full year…approx $80.
The real time interpretation was at best 10% accurate. The words it but together made no logical sense and had no reference to the topic being discussed. I realize I don’t understand the language I had asked to be translated, but the words being presented in the translated box were not relevant to the topic.
I would not recommend purchasing until the “real” time interpretation feature improves. Good luck verifying that before you have to purchase a full yr subscription.

First I used the website. I uploaded my audio files and then it sent me a link to my email (saying that that’s where my transcriptions would be). The email link was only a link to their mobile app. So I downloaded it, and no transcriptions were found.
So now I’m using their app to upload everything all over again… will be deleting the app as soon as I figure this thing out.
