Misleading and poorly executed

I used this app for purchases in Paris. I followed all of the required steps and the company failed to send me a certified invoice before I left the country. They said it would still be taken care of afterwards but it never has. They have all of my receipts which are in Izivat’s name so they can claim the VAT refund for themselves and just keep it. Another case of scammers getting away with your money and not having any recourse.
Password reset doesn’t work

App seems me a link to reset password. But when I open the link, it launches in the app and freezes. I can’t enter anything to submit a new password.
App is not working and buggy.

Dont waste your time with the apps. Just spinning without any messages. I think it setup to steal your passport info.
