The functionality of OhioChildSupport as a whole is bad. But my main complaint is that for about 6 months or better now, there is some sort of glitch in payments.
Every time I type the payment amount into the first screen, once redirected to the card information, the payment amount will not transfer into the payment amount.
Even after I put the information in manually on the second screen. I can not continue at all.

I’m not sure if the issue is within OhioChildSupport or the redirect web link but this has made it terribly difficult to make payments over the last few months. Thanks for listening.

App is not working with the iPhone 14 pro max. Every time I open OhioChildSupport an error pops up. Do I need to uninstall it and install it again to work? Thanks

Every time I try to log in there’s a glitch. (API Error) it’s been doing this for months.

OhioChildSupport never recognizes my email and password, as soon as I login in on safari, it always works

OhioChildSupport does not work. I been trying for months to get on OhioChildSupport on my iPhone and Mac computer and I get the message API error.

OhioChildSupport has been down and occasionally “under scheduled maintenance” for like a week and a half now. Maintenance was supposed to be 3-4 days.

OhioChildSupport has not worked since I installed it weeks ago. It always says service unavailable.

What is wrong with OhioChildSupport. I now get a API Error invalid argument to +. I haven’t been able to log in for months now. Is there a new app, or is OhioChildSupport going to be fixed?

I haven’t been able to log into OhioChildSupport for over a month now. I can log in just fine on the website, but OhioChildSupport doesn’t work.

Ever since I upgraded my phone, I’ve been unable to log in. I was hoping with the recent update to OhioChildSupport that it’ll work again. I’m just going to use the browser from now on.

I’m trying to pay my child support but ever since I updated OhioChildSupport it’s saying my phone number is wrong that I enter in to pay my child support. Now because this problem, I have no way to pay my child support and if I’m a month behind, somebody’s gonna get in trouble for it and it’s not gonna be me.

So far, OhioChildSupport is great to use. All my information is accurate, and OhioChildSupport runs so smoothly.
