App stop playing after completing running Bhajan during screen slieep or locking mode due to this I am not able to listen Bhajan for longer duration while my mobile in lock. This problem not faced during earlier version. Jay swaminarayan Manishaben

Close and restart the Akshar Amrutam app on iPhone
Update Akshar Amrutam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Akshar Amrutam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Akshar Amrutam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Akshar Amrutam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Akshar Amrutam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Akshar Amrutam App
1. On android, goto Settings » Akshar Amrutam » click [Force Stop]

Update Akshar Amrutam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Akshar Amrutam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Akshar Amrutam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Akshar Amrutam.

Fix Akshar Amrutam unable to contact server/ Akshar Amrutam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Akshar Amrutam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Akshar Amrutam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Akshar Amrutam
