Currently my app is still saying that I’m going to be billed on July 1. It’s about to be September 1. It also said that I had an upgrade available on August 12 and when I went in that day they told me that that was not correct and gave me a phone number to call for MyPBT . It’s a bit pointless if your employees don’t even understand the service that they have posters all over the salon about. It would be nice if MyPBT actually worked and possibly updated your information in real time so that way you know when you can actually go into tan 😂 crazy concept

What did you gain by the new UI?

Login- once you put your cursor in the box even if you don’t type anything, the keyboard covers the rest of the screen before the log in ID and password and you can’t scroll down at all…say to the password reset button.

Once logged in if you click on the Find Salon icon in the tool tray the entire app crashes/closes down.

Please just revert back. This update just isn’t worth it.

Verified my email is right with PBT staff but can’t gain access to app. What good is it? I can’t access any of my info except through them. Disappointed.

Trying to access again and got another error message. This one was in regard to text string after entering my email address. Nice thought but no good.

No face recognition, doesn’t appear to use iCloud stored passwords or shortcuts, cannot store account barcode in Apple wallet. Odd link to PBT website. Feels like MyPBT was developed as a junior high school “intro to Apple apps” project. One of the most frustrating apps you’ll ever use.

MyPBT is a complete joke. It NEVER works, ALWAYS has a “connection/log-in error”, and is super basic. Minimal functionality when I was able to use it for two weeks, before it just went defunct.

Installed app and says “update available - an update is available and must be installed”

I just downloaded MyPBT and is UTD for updates as I just installed it.

Can’t see customer activity or payment history.

The format is not correct for your phone screen. The information on the previous app was a lot more useful. You don’t know what time you checked in the previous day any more. Wish my phone had never updated!

I used to LOVE MyPBT! Now it doesn’t work. Can’t login. Just gives me an error message. Wish the developers would fix it. :(

All these safety measures to ensure social distancing, and I still have to go to the salon to deactivate/close my account.

This doesn’t do anything I couldn’t do online other than give a barcode! I want to be able to change my billing card info and freeze my account without going into the salon. Isn’t that the whole point behind an app?Convenient and quick? Waste of download space if you ask me!

This review has nothing to do with the locations, I’ve always had amazing service in the salon, this is strictly just about MyPBT . Features don’t seem to work properly. Incredibly buggy and laggy.. I get a notification that pops up and says “alert!” And see no notifications or specifications on what the alert is.. if MyPBT was actually functional, and all aspects worked properly, I’d absolutely rate it higher.. super bummed because it could be an amazing tool!

It’s frustrating that login accounts can’t be automatically pulled from the information associated with my account. You have to set up your login in store

I downloaded MyPBT when you re-owned during COVID-19 crap. The idea and theory of MyPBT is great! It’s functionality is awesome. Being able to check in with my barcode via MyPBT not so much.....it either doesn’t scan at all or if it does it doesn’t actually read it so I have to try to scan it again. Maybe 2/20 times has it actually worked for me when scanning. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
