App doesn’t update info real time

Currently my app is still saying that I’m going to be billed on July 1. It’s about to be September 1. It also said that I had an upgrade available on August 12 and when I went in that day they told me that that was not correct and gave me a phone number to call for the app. It’s a bit pointless if your employees don’t even understand the service that they have posters all over the salon about. It would be nice if the app actually worked and possibly updated your information in real time so that way you know when you can actually go into tan 😂 crazy concept

The new app is terrible!

The format is not correct for your phone screen. The information on the previous app was a lot more useful. You don’t know what time you checked in the previous day any more. Wish my phone had never updated!

The new app is simply awful

What did you gain by the new UI? Login- once you put your cursor in the box even if you don’t type anything, the keyboard covers the rest of the screen before the log in ID and password and you can’t scroll down at all…say to the password reset button. Once logged in if you click on the Find Salon icon in the tool tray the entire app crashes/closes down. Please just revert back. This update just isn’t worth it.
