What is Strikeman?
The Strikeman app is designed to help users practice their shooting skills without using real ammunition. The app uses a laser bullet, target, and smartphone mount to record the target and the user's shot scores based on where the laser hit the target. The app has three sections: Training, History, and Settings. The Training section allows users to practice their shooting skills, the History section provides screenshots, shooting metrics, and graphs for the user to track their progress, and the Settings section allows users to customize the app's settings.

The this app app allows users to practice their shooting skills without the need for real ammunition. Using our laser bullet, target and smart phone mount, the app records the target and records the users shot scores based on where the laser hit the target. The app is composed of 3 sections: Section 1 – Training The training section is the initial area of the app where the user can practice their shooting skills. Upon beginning a session, a warning screen is shown to ensure that proper firearm safety is taking place before beginning a session. Once the user agrees, the target appears on the screen. The user calibrates the screen to the target by using two fingers to cover the circumference of the target. Then, the distance from the target is selected and they can begin shooting. Each shot from the firearm triggers a laser, which emits a laser strike on the target, and the app records the score. Shooting metrics appear on the screen to show the user how they are doing during the session. This is accompanied by audio. Once the session is complete, all shots will be shown on the target and saved into an archive. Section 2 – History The history section provides screenshots, shooting metrics, and graphs for the user to track their progress. This includes average score, average range, total shots and total sessions. The information is presented on a histogram and a pie chart. This information is saved in an archive. Section 3 – Settings The settings section allows the user to turn on/off gun shot audio and voice feedback. Users can toggle the distance metric, selecting either feet or yards. They can also report an issue if the app isn’t working correctly. The App provides access to the initial tutorial to ensure that all safety precautions are being taken. Great Product at a Reasonable Price
The DRIFIRE system is a fantastic way to practice - especially considering our current challenges of closed ranges and limited ammo. The system is sensitive to ambient light - the brighter the better from a hit tracking perspective. I removed the camera holder from the included tripod and attached it to a 4x6 inch 500 lumen rechargeable work light from a discount tool store ($25) with a threaded rod. Shot tracking is perfect, and I’m able to complete ten 20 round sessions in about 30 minutes. The app is being upgraded to handle a couple of the glitches, but screen grabbing the image after each session is an easy way to store my history. I would highly recommend this as an option for at home practice - whether we are in isolation or not. The money I’m saving on ammo, will stay in the bank until supplies rebound.

Great product great service
I had bought the system in February. It works very well. I had reached out as I needed more laser bullets for my .38 as I had only purchased one. Unfortunately they were sold out and I had some issues making contact. Turns out they were issues on my end. NOT a lack of response from the DRIFIRE team. I was recently able to make contact and they are wonderful. Not only did they honor my expired coupon but they went out of their way to help me out As for the system it works well and is a useful tool in normal times In these extraordinary times I find this an especially useful tool. I no longer have to risk going out to the range and can practice at home while social distancing from others I highly recommend this system

Phenomenal App
This app is the very best laser dryfire system. I’ve purchased and tried any other one you can find and over all this system is absolutely wonderful. However, some small things I’ve encountered is (possibly because my phone is old) some of the hits don’t register, but as long as I execute a steady trigger pull without the laser streaking across the target it registers accurately. One thing I wish that they had is a Quick Draw or shot timer system, even make it so one could work on transitions, split times between firearms, and potentially mag changes. If they did this (accurately and within hundredths of a second 0.00) they will be THE BEST all encompassing laser app. Until then I will use another app for my quick draw.
