Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SmartSwitch app issues:

Force Stop the SmartSwitch App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SmartSwitch app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SmartSwitch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SmartSwitch App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SmartSwitch app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SmartSwitch.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SmartSwitch » "Force Stop".

Again, got SmartSwitch » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
