Contact Hardee s UAE Support

I have ordered 3 meals today in Hardee's IBn btatuta food court branch n tried To pay by my debit card but the lady at the cash counter told me that there is some issue n the payment didn't got deducted n she asked if I have cash & I paid cash 34.50 AED but after sometime I received an email from my bank that the amount was already deducted from the card I went back to your branch n told them that the payment got deducted from the card also n I paid the cash as well so if they could return the Nepali guy there told me that the payment is not showing in our system which you are telling so please call your bank I called dib n they told me the payment is deducted so just go back to Hardee's and tell them to email n void the payment so you ll get the amount back I get back again to the same guy and he told me 34.50 AED is not that big amount which you needed which was soo rude n unprofessional I told him man wat you are trying to say is wrong this money you guys took extra n you have to return it's not about the amount the point is why I should pay extra for something I didn't even bought and this guy told Me it's fine if you want food anytime you can come which was soo unprofessional I mean who is he to tell me wat I should do with my money n I told him him no man you need to write email or something I need the money back he said ok but I don't think so that he already did it coz he didn't ask my name or contact number I am very disappointed. I ordered a meal with curly spicy fries then Before check out there’s option down for some add on’s which are: Cookies, chicken popcorn and loaded fries. So I chose the loaded fries but when I received my order they just gave me the loaded fries without the spicy curly fries. When I asked them they said that for loaded fries add on my normal fries will be converted to that. When I asked them so If I will make add on for chicken pop corn I will not get the fries? They said no. So this confusing us how come the add on for chicken pop corn I wont lose my fries but for add on loaded fries I lose the normal curly fries?
