The OnlyFit app continually crashes: nothing else on my phone. Can’t connect my watch to my phone at all. Please help this does not work! The watch does not receive any notifications as it is not connected via Bluetooth to my phone. No other apps on my phone open. The app wants me to continually log in. I even created a new profile last week to try to resolve this but that has logged out now too. Lost over 2 years worth of fitness data so not happy
Finish sync. Not sure what else should be done. Followed all instructions. Frustrated. Andriod.
I have a sw022 watch unit linked to an Android phone G7 thins version 9. I am unable to get auto synch to work. I have repeatedly restarted the phone, Bluetooth and reset the watch unit. Any suggestions?

You made it where if you confirm the password during the register it says NO I DIDNT CONFIRM THE PASSWORD when I did the thing exactly the same. Fix this. I just want to use a smart watch.
