Between the fact that it essentially only captures half of your shots via the watch (driver always worked, with mixed success on irons, and essentially missed every shot I took under 100 yards) and the fact that you end up feeling like you’re spending half your round interacting with your phone instead of enjoying the game, I can’t justify the monthly fee to use this. I found it to be more frustrating than anything, and altering mistakes made detecting shots/adding in shots that it missed was too cumbersome and frustrating when all I wanted to do was move on to my next shot.

This used to be a great app. The tracking information was so helpful especially strokes gained. Now it’s horrible. They tried to improve it but just made it more frustrating and buggy. I understand that upgraded software takes tome to smooth out. However, It’s not a cheap app so when you pay for a subscription you expect things to be sorted in a reasonable time. The most frustrating big is that now the app doesn’t cue you right away to enter your club selection. Also, why do I have to enter my score twice when I move to the next hole. Too many clicks to not be distracting now. Horrible upgrade.

I was looking for a golf app that would integrate with my Apple Watch and iPhone. I had high hopes for this app. However, if you don’t remember to record your club on every shot it becomes extremely difficult to accurately register shots after the fact. I would definitely not recommend and will not renew my subscription.
Follow up: the company promptly responded to my review and offered to help. I asked for, and was quickly given a refund. Thank you V1 for standing behind your product!
