When trying to connect, I receive the message «Account not activated». But my Healy is connected

After installation......when open it only the page open and message on the page is your data is sync. App dont go for login or other process

My Healy do not reset, still in the same program on and on, when I try to do a different it goes back to the one before, Example: I use weight and I want to circulation but still in weight and don’t change
