It has been over 24 hours, yet I get Inactive Subscription message. I have updated my phone, deleted/reinstalled HealAdvisor , updated my profile...everything I and others in the FB group can think of. No clue why it won’t work. Why not offer a free 2-week trial so we don’t have to pay for time ... Show more we’re not able to use the darn thing?!

I love what it can do I hate that I buy a subscription it doesn’t activate or download. I buy the upgrade to Healy Plus from Gold. Nothing no upgrades it’s been weeks now. Then I figure because there is no customer service. Maybe I should buy the upgrade from Gold to Healy Holistic Health. Maybe d... Show more oing this it will resolve the issue of the Healy Holistic Plus not downloading. Again no customer service available to speak to a real human being. The back end of this product is a living nightmare.

The only person helping me is the person who sold it to me and even she is having trouble getting answers.

I have spent real money on HealAdvisor and I don’t have my product available immediately!!!! That’s insane!!!! Under downloads it shows nothing. Under orders it shows processing.

How many weeks am I supposed to wait for a response. I even tried email and got a generic email that you can’t reply too. This is not ok!!!!

Until things are corrected I won’t make a positive review.

HealAdvisor doesn’t work at all. I paid the $100+ one week ago for the Healy DNA to run nutrition scans. I have done every single thing possible and can’t get HealAdvisor to activate. That’s the smallest refund period ever fora very disappointing device. I see the potential in this product but this company should not do business until they can get it together.

I paid over $100 for a monthly subscription several weeks ago. I can’t get in to use the subscription and there is NO response from the company. Very disappointing!!!
They have my money and I have nothing in return including no response!!

The search function is not working. The result I received for “constipation” and many other very common symptoms the result were always ：unfortunately, no suitable Healy programs could be found. 😩Also, I choose English language but there are some German words mixed in English.😱 Some pages are co... I love the function of Healy device but their software designed and the customer service are not acceptable at all unfortunately!🤦🏾‍♀️

The latest update makes everything show up as “missing text” and when you click the support link on this site it says website not available. Can someone please fix this?

I cannot get it to work at all. A previous version was great. Why does it only show me inactive programs? I can’t find any of my programs or run any of them and none of my data and clients seem to be in there anywhere. I love this product, and I will keep coming back to try and figure this new vers... Would be great if the English version with the English setting would read in English. German titles and program readings - have deleted and reloaded. Still no fix. Customer service non-existent for support. Waste of a $ subscription and app until this is fixed.

It doesn’t work. Very expensive item not to have any phone numbers, help desk, or contact info.

You mess with the thing for two weeks before they “gift” you HealAdvisor to use to find the best programs. Then it doesn’t work anyway.

I would give this zero stars s if it was an option. I purchased the this app subscription on May 21st and it does not work. I purchased the DN subscription and downloaded HealAdvisor, but there are zero instructions on how to activate HealAdvisor . I was hoping it would just work since I had to enter my Healy’s serial number when I purchased the subscription, but didn’t happen. HealAdvisor support page here goes to a ... I heard the DN application is getting a huge upgrade at the end of 2020!

I can’t really tell what it supposed to do now from the Shop’s description that’s any different than the resonance amino acids and other programs? I purchased so I could see if I’m missing something cool.

Waiting now on support to answer my email about how to activate. Sending LOVE to Healy, this company needs healing.

Great company, great product, but “lots” of work needed to improve HealAdvisor.

1. Don’t make me log in every single time

2. I hardly ever find what I am searching for which makes me say..why do I have HealAdvisor ?

3. Run the programs directly from HealAdvisor instead of making me switch back and forth trying to connect my Healy each time. It is way too cumber... Show more some

4. It needs to be more user friendly. For example, I saw there was a list of symptoms somewhere but now I can’t find it. Put it at the bottom as one of the tabs?

HealAdvisor is constantly not working or changing itself without any previous notifications, I use it one time and the next time I wanted to do another protocol it made me sing in again , enter my password and it did not open in full version … it wants me to go on tutorial mode and I have an acco... When I started using HealAdvisor, it established my schedule programs according to the programs I selected in the pool and I had available on my Healy. now with recent updates, every program on my schedule is a program not in my program pool that I selected and I do not have available on my Healy.... It’s helpful if you happen to enter the words it knows but just as often you have to enter peripheral words and beat around the bush to find what you’re looking for. I am rooting for this company but it has a lot of improvements to make. HealAdvisor just barely works, and based on what I read I am not buying the subscription until there more updates to make it more functional and bugs are fixed. I get that it is a process. Lots of potential in this company but also they have lots of work ahead of them.

The Healy is amazing as it healed hamstring that occurred for first in my life while bowling on vacation. I used my friends device and the hamstring was heal in two days.

Very informative, it’s amazing to know what frequencies to run each day for your body. Great work, thank you

This application is working great and the developer is making updates as needed for improvement and stability.

HealAdvisor tells me what to do for specific conditions. I’ve found it to be easy and great to use tool that complements my already excellent and awesome Healy experience. In my opinion, Healy saved my life,

Our new best friend and they keep adding features all the time. Would not do without.
