Dizzi: AI Photo & Video Editor Reviews

Dizzi doesn’t work. Don’t get me wrong. There seems to be a lot of really cool video filters but when I saw the instagram ad using an AI cartoon video that’s why I downloaded it. When I opened Dizzi and got past the paywall I saw the feature I wanted, “AI vision.” It has video filters called Tooney and Mythic. When I select either one of them it presents to me a screen of the this app logos as if it can’t register any of my videos when I know that isn’t true because the other video filters work. I can’t get past this point to even try what I was so impressed with. To the devs I would be happy to re review and test this part of Dizzi . I’m a UX designer and have tested apps with devs before.

I love Dizzi. It’s really cool and has a lot of filters kind of like the ones on Instagram, but that’s not what bothers me. I gave this only 4/5 stars because I have one really important feature that would have made Dizzi way more convenient for me, and that’s allowing music in your videos real time while you’re recording. I know once you record a video that you can add music after, but that doesn’t allow me to lip sync the song or dance correctly to the music I put in after. Before I got Dizzi ,I thought this would have been like Tiktok or Snapchat recording, but with that issue, it really makes this a bummer. Other than that, tho, I really recommend Dizzi to people who want a cool recording app like this one!!

I was so excited about Dizzi that I purchased a subscription for a year. Big mistake. They had a great two-cam effect that was their main feature where they had your head cut out—and then they totally removed it and changed Dizzi to be a watered down version of instagram filters. The two cam effect they have now is like all the other apps and is totally not creative or attractive—again they are just Instagram copies. It’s really disappointing that instead of building on top of what they had—they completely change. I wish I had never purchased a yearly subscription. I never imagined they would turn completely around to a Instagram copy cat. Save your money. Just use Instagram. On top of that, even if you are a paying customer, the make you like them on Instagram and tik tock to GET filters. Now, I think if you PAY you should get all the filters. It’s just all around bad.

Personally, I love the idea you guys have with the BeatSync option, but it just isn’t quite there. It already has a preset quick, constant flash/bump, but it won’t sync with any music I add from my own device. Would you guys be able to do a bass-reactant variant of it (where it bumps at different strengths correlating to the beat)? Or possibly create an option where the user can modify the BeatSync’s speed? Also, I’d love to see an ability to set a time limit for how long an effect is active on a video or start+end points of said effect. Thanks.

Great concept but poor execution. The chroma key aspect is horrible constantly cutting part of you out etc. made worse by being horribly overpriced considering their are good competition out there for free or close to it. Fix the poor chromakey and adjust your pricing down to a realistic level and maybe you’ll have something. At $30 per year subscription your just plain crazy. At a one time fee if $50 it better be perfect AND make coffee. Not worth the money. This is on an iPhone 11 Pro Max running the latest OS.

As somebody who loves to edit but doesn’t know how to do velocity editing this is a great app all you need to do is just tap the little bit sync thing and then they are you have a great velocity you can edit it yourself if you want to put some flashes on but other than that Dizzi is great😭

This helped me a lot with my velocity and I think it’s a really good app because I don’t know how to do the velocity that well and Dizzi is really helped me and I know I’ve said that a lot so goodbye please download Dizzi if you need help with velocity and editing videos bye

I just downloaded Dizzi yesterday since the ads seemed legit I want to edit ska clip but I have to select more than one causing my edit to look choppy since I uploaded the same three videos can you make a feature where you can add just one video instead of 3 or more?

- the tutorial button is always there and annoying. Trust me I get I know the system I don’t need it alllllll the time up there
- until you press record the screen keeps all the visuals up there distracting. I already selected what I want get rid of the others

Still a great app but the original mission is being changed but they forgot why we got the and paid for Dizzi originally.

The face track feature cuts off my feet (the bottom of the frame) and there are no options to adjust it. Using the Canvas button also does not allow me to zoom out to the original video size after I’ve tried and turned off the feature. Also there is no Undo button so I have to exit and completely start from scratch. I will not be using Dizzi.

Almost everything requires the paid version. And when you save it, even if there is no moving special effects, it changes the image in to a useless space-clogging movie file. So if you want to use it, you then have to take a screenshot/lose image quality and then use another app to crop it. You can get way more from other apps for less…or free! Facebook, a horrible place to find apps!!

Hmmm idk if it’s a bug or bug I just got Dizzi and I allowed to access the camera and microphone and when I wanna test it out all I see is a straight up black screen and it doesn’t show my face or when I flip the camera view it still in pitch black tbh idk if it’s a bug or it doesn’t work sooo for now I’ll leave a two star until someone help me how to fix the issue

i was super exited to use Dizzi to make a velocity edit but it runs super slow and when you try to save the video it doesn’t work. when you exit Dizzi after the first use, when you go back to it, it doesn’t let you open it. i recommend using cap cut it was the solution to this problem. don’t waste your time you can have better luck on snapchat than this time wasting app.

Dizzi is so fun I do not know what I would’ve done without it I’ve been able to post my first video with Dizzi onto Instagram it is really amazing and it is definitely a five star

I love photography and I’ve always felt like my photos were too basic and needed something new. With Dizzi my pictures look more professional as well as vibrant…. I recommend

Hello I bought the this app app, and I cannot use the AI vision section. When I open up say cartoon style, all I am presented with blank icons for the choose photo section. The same thing happens in the arcane style. See you might like to know the drop us a line format is impossible to use in an iPhone to contact you because of bad layout design. I’m on the latest version of iPhone 13 Pro. Please advise.

Today I was editing a video on here like usually and then it kept saying something needed to refresh and then it did and I couldn’t use velocity free anymore I was very upset because there’s already a velocity pro why do we have to know pay for this I think this is very unfair to people change it back.

they deliver mediocre effects and have the nerve to charge you yearly for features that do not work like dollyzoom in which does the same thing boomerang does, matter of fact u cant tell the difference between the 2 theyre 1 in the same wow and Apple allows these Devs to steal consumers money without validation of proven content u can basically create a functioning app attach it to micro-transactions and voila u can scam and bleed peoples wallets to death!!!!

It helps my video editing so much! I just gained 2000 followers from my last video because the quality got SO much better after downloading! Thank you for this masterpiece😁

I have the iPhone X latest update and I keep getting not compatible message. Very disappointing I was really looking forward to Dizzi. They need to update capability section on Dizzi description. It says mine is capable
