Scammy App

No customer service at all...They only want you to pay. The app keeps saying I’m a nonmember and I paid a full years subscription...If you pay attention, the app’s privacy doc reads like a scam, especially how they sell your data and personal information...It seems that the company lures you into the plan either promotional or not and by the time you realize it’s scammy, there’s nothing that you can do…it then manipulates the reviews so people keep coming...I’m guessing that the company is going to respond with something along the lines of “we are fixing the problems” or but “we aim for the highest standard of customer satisfaction…look at our reviews”...
I’ll preemptively respond to any possible retorts by noting that the company are NOT THE GYMs...Every word of this review is true. If you don’t believe me, put down your credit card and find out for yourself…
Live and on demand freeze 95%of the time

After repeated attempts to receive help by reporting a problem on the website. I've never heard back from anyone. I messaged someone on your Instagram page who basically told me to download the app which I did. The app did not work any better. No one has been able to help me resolve this issue. I don't want to pay for a program that constantly freezes (live and on demand). The best work out I got with-out the screen freezing was 3 minute warm up. It's been extremely frustrating
Non member issue when I’m a member

2nd time in 2 weeks that the app says I’m a non member and I paid a full years subscription in Feb. 2021.
