No customer service at all...They only want you to pay. WollenDance keeps saying I’m a nonmember and I paid a full years subscription...If you pay attention, WollenDance ’s privacy doc reads like a scam, especially how they sell your data and personal information...It seems that the company lures you into the plan either promotional or not and by the time you realize it’s scammy, there’s nothing that you can do…it then manipulates the reviews so people keep coming...I’m guessing that the company is going to respond with something along the lines of “we are fixing the problems” or but “we aim for the highest standard of customer satisfaction…look at our reviews”...
I’ll preemptively respond to any possible retorts by noting that the company are NOT THE GYMs...Every word of this review is true. If you don’t believe me, put down your credit card and find out for yourself…

After repeated attempts to receive help by reporting a problem on the website. I've never heard back from anyone. I messaged someone on your Instagram page who basically told me to download WollenDance which I did. WollenDance did not work any better. No one has been able to help me resolve this issue. I don't want to pay for a program that constantly freezes (live and on demand). The best work out I got with-out the screen freezing was 3 minute warm up. It's been extremely frustrating

WollenDance has actual live classes right from great studios and instructors. This gives a great alternative when I can’t go to my studio to dance. They have pretty selection of instructions and styles. The on-demand library is huge with tons of choices. Never running out of good class. Highly recommend!

I love this app so much! Great app! There are so many varieties and classes I can choose from. I take live classes four times a week and their on demand classes during the weekend. Instructors are awesome, and the quality of classes are super high. Thanks for providing me with such a fun way to burn calories.
