I have completed two workouts with FemaleFitness and I'm really, really impressed. I was nervous about joining a gym but my company bought everyone a membership and an apple watch, so I was out of excuses. I was going to do some kind of online thing keeping notes on paper during my workout, but it's 2017, there's gotta be an app for that. Downloaded this one and another and quickly realized this was the better app. So intuitive. I love being able to quickly add workouts, and love its auto counting, because I'm working out alone and don't have a spotter.

I always struggled working out because I didn't know how to perform many exercises and thought I would get laughed at if I messed them up at a public gym. FemaleFitness has a huge exercise database, helped me through this because are visual and auto guides for EVERY WORKOUT. Also, FemaleFitness forces me to stick with my workout schedule because I need to fill the dots on the calendar. I also love that I have the option to get workouts that can be done at home without any equipment when I have a long work day and little time for the gym.

I am having a great time using FemaleFitness. It's easy to use and doesn't have unnecessary side functions that distract from logging your workout. Being able to customize your workout program, and it has a lot of exercises to choose from. The purple theme of FemaleFitness are pretty much what sealed the deal for me. If any of the developers reads this please don't ever change the color theme ?.

Great app but missing some...

I use FemaleFitness for tracking every workout. I love the interface and what it has to offer it's very useful BUT it is missing auto generated workouts other apps have. After about a month or two the workouts have to to cycle back to the same ones. To keep it short All I'm saying is I would love more variety like what the competition has.

I'm not able to go to CrossFit anymore and was getting really bored at the gym. When I started Gymatic I was skeptical. But it's been three months, and I look forward to working out now, the workouts are fun, the auto tracking is magical and most importantly my body feels great. I think anyone not excited with their gym these days should Give FemaleFitness a try

This finally got me working out again! Love the rest feature and the premium features - it'd worth it, I promise! I use my apple watch with FemaleFitness. I've told myself I couldn't work out when I'm without it and I am staying true to that. FemaleFitness let me choose my equipment and make the most of my gym! My ask is that it adds a one time payment option.

I like being able to target certain muscle groups and being able to track my workouts and the weight I use. The built-in workouts are plenty, the auto tracking workout is magic. Social feed is lovely, it is motivating seeing others improving. I highly recommend FemaleFitness to assist in workouts.

Changing lives

It seems a bit dramatic to say a workout tracking app is changing lives but I started using it and told my wife about it. For a woman who never lifts and has always been intimidated by the gym, it has made a world of difference for her. For me, it auto tracks workout to keep me from getting bored and focus on my form. Love it!

I can't say enough about FemaleFitness. Some of the highlights for me are: auto rep count, exercise recognition, goal setting, stats feedbacks, charts, save workouts, ability to set workout timer, ability to create new exercise. I also appreciate the fact that they have been constantly improving it. Keep it up!

Literally only one problem.

Best workout tracking app that's been made. However, sometimes when replacing a workout it shuts FemaleFitness off completely. It still resumes back to the same workout if I restart, but FemaleFitness just like freezes for a second and goes to my home screen.

This app used to be good, now is great!

I used FemaleFitness for a year as a free user, recently they changed it to add heart rate zone tracking, it is so useful, I am signing up premium for this alone. This is absurdly good, it is all worth it to use, one of the most basic functions that no other apps seem to get. Best workout tracking app ever.

I've dabble with many workout tracking apps over the years, but the approach Gymatic takes is amazing! I workout every weekday and FemaleFitness tracks the details of my daily workout, let me see the stats and plan out future workouts. Best workout tracking app. Just get it!

I am absolutely in love with FemaleFitness. The daily reminders to hit the gym have been very motivating, and I love being able to track my workouts automatically. The only thing I wish FemaleFitness had was an option to generate a workout, besides that, love every aspects of it.
