I completed the questionnaire, specifying the types of foods and diet selections I prefer. You are not allowed to see an example of the curated meal plan until you pay. This should have been a red flag but I’m desperate. I paid for the program ($40) and took a look at what they came up with. The program was full of expensive, rarely used, oddball products that I would have to purchase to follow my meal plan such as, liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, isolated soy protein, hemp protein powder, one week called for 4 different types of milks (soy, almond, oat, rice), etc. I know many people are into these types of products but I was really just looking for a plan tailored to my needs and tastes. I just want to lose weight with normal, everyday foods. Which I thought I would get by competing the lengthy questionnaire. Knowing I definitely would not enjoy this meal plan, let alone stick to it, I requested a refund on the same day I paid for it. They refused to refund my $40 but I was offered a new meal plan. No, not interested. I’m out $40. I cancelled my subscription but I still need to watch and make sure they don’t automatically charge me again in 3 months. Lesson learned. Beware.
