How to fix X-HERO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the X-HERO app on iPhone
Update X-HERO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall X-HERO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix X-HERO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve X-HERO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

X-HERO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix X-HERO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the X-HERO App
1. On android, goto Settings » X-HERO » click [Force Stop]

Update X-HERO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear X-HERO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » X-HERO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart X-HERO.

Fix X-HERO unable to contact server/ X-HERO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click X-HERO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto X-HERO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch X-HERO
