I recently tried to purchase a few items to activate a monthly reward system. There was no warning anywhere in the game, but if you did that before the previous month expired, there was no way to roll it over to the next month. I was literally a couple hours before the monthly Turnover! I was only trying to not miss a day of my monthly rewards. When I told customer service why I purchased the amount I purchased, and when I was trying to do, they just said, sorry, with a crying face! I asked for a refund, and they promptly stopped replying to my customer service complaint stream. Unfortunately, companies like this love to badger you for money for you to advance your play in the game, but they give no clarity as to how that money will be used or what rewards will actually be given out. They took no ownership for their poor communication and clarity within the game, and they stopped communicating as soon as they knew they had no legitimate case to not concede to my request. Don’t spend your money here. There’s too many good games out there to get caught up playing this one. I should not be surprised, the grammar and lack of clarity throughout the game, it’s characters, its equipment, its stats, and how the stats work is staggering. Clearly an organization that does not care about quality or its customers.
