This is literally the worst piece of equipment I’ve ever owned. Period.
So sad for my husband who thought he got me this great gift but it has been nothing but unreliable. It’s so easy to get it off track.
The ink runs out before you can finish your sheets. You have to buy more ink. BUT YOU have to buy both ink and paper at the same time. It takes special paper so it’s not an easy fix. You’re left with a ton of paper and no ink. It’s like a scandal.
The quality is so poor, lines throughout picture . It over heats often.
Just a headache

You buy it for convenience but you’ll get better quality from Walmart and spend less.

Literally a terrible purchase and I’m so sad because I like to slowly print pictures of my kids to have but at this point not worth it at all. I was using this tonight I print my sons first birthday “timeline” and after the sixth picture it asked for a new cartridge. I only printed 6 of the forty it said it could handle and then told me to get a new cartridge.

I want this returned. I’m angry.

I never care if I buy a bad product normally. I usually brush it off, but this is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Zero stars from me.
A complete disaster

I have this product for about two years now, and it’s great, but KodakPrinterDock is laggy...
Sometimes it’s ok but sometimes it just won’t work or not even open past the picture choosing part...
For the last two days it would show me that loading wheel and that’s it! No picture, no way to print it out without KodakPrinterDock , nothing works!
Tried to reinstall it but it still won’t work...

I got this printer for Christmas and I absolutely love the printer. However KodakPrinterDock is buggy and shows only a handful of photos. Decoration options are also very limited to boot and if you want to print a picture a certain way it won’t allow you just to fully flip the image without turning the whole photo format. Please fix KodakPrinterDock this could be a really amazing product with KodakPrinterDock but so far the only positive is how well the printer works. Maybe get programmers than really can make this work above and beyond what should have been at to start with? Please and thank you

If KodakPrinterDock works, it’s great. The problem I am having is I have to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall KodakPrinterDock until it decides to work which could take doing this several times which is a huge waste of time. The picture quality is great, but it’s very aggravating when KodakPrinterDock is not working. It says no printer found so I have to uninstall KodakPrinterDock then reinstall KodakPrinterDock until it recognizes the printer the phone is attached to just to print my photos. Frustrating as can be and I would not recommend this printer.

The first couple times this was great...but the last two times my photos aren’t showing up in the gallery. I just deleted KodakPrinterDock and am downloading again to see if it will help. I also can’t figure out how to print the photos with a border, so the border isn’t cut off on one side.

Gave to my 9-year old daughter for Christmas. She downloaded KodakPrinterDock and pictures in less then 5 minutes. We patiently waited as the red light flashed a couple times and pressed print. Beautiful pictures!

It has great quality, but it only printed in yellow. Then when I checked in the help area of the directions it had the same signal for 4 different problems. So I checked everything and printed it again. It again printed in yellow. When I checked everything a second time and tried to print it wouldn’t let me. Worst one yet.

As others have said, you can only print through KodakPrinterDock and there is no way to download pictures directly from the iPhone to KodakPrinterDock , rendering the expensive for what it does slow printer unusable. What a joke! I wouldn’t try another Kodak product even if they gave it my for free. They should fold up and sell the brand since no one there even bothers to respond.

KodakPrinterDock only shows a few photos and that’s it.. please fix it so it will show my whole camera roll please!

Seems like the Devs for KodakPrinterDock have never used a photo edit feature on any phone OS or other apps like Instagram. I get that you have to edit a photo to fit within the ratio of the printer’s capabilities but to only allow you to move the photo to within the designated ratio on one axis is just stupid. You can move the photo up and down, but not side to side?

KodakPrinterDock is horrible and doesn’t work. the first time few times i used it it didn’t include all of my photos. now whenever i press a photo to print it brings me to the home page of my phone and exits KodakPrinterDock . do not get KodakPrinterDock or u will be disappointed. i wish there was a zero star rating because that’s what KodakPrinterDock deserves.

The printer itself works great but only if you can get KodakPrinterDock to work. KodakPrinterDock often doesn’t load photos from the phone gallery and sometimes prints them with an offside border despite displaying the preview correctly. I plan to return the printer because it’s basically useless since it depends on this terrible app for functioning.

The pics I’ve printed look great. It’s fast too. So wish there was another way to print In addition to docking my phone. Very cool gadget to get on Black Friday sale!

Chose one photo and can’t access any others from IPhone. This is junk. My wife got it for me for Christmas and now she is going to be mad because I have to ask her to return it. A kit of trouble. Sell their stock.

Every time I click a picture that I want to print it freezes and then I have to completely exit and re-open. It’s super annoying and does it to almost every picture.

It’s now May & I still can’t use this expensive gift. I plug my phone in, sign into Google account & no pictures come up. If I go to my gallery only the last few pictures shows up. I’ve been told to wait for next update on KodakPrinterDock . Nice. 😒

I have thousands of photos on my iPhone and it only access around 20, I’m very low resolution. If I try Facebook or Instagram, it also don’t show any photos. I will return the printer, since it seems to work only as a big charger, nothing else.

It’s freezing constantly and then crashes. After 45 mins of restarting KodakPrinterDock I only printed one photo and it was poorly cropped basically unusable. This $277 printer was a gift for my fiancé and we are very disappointed.

Had similar problems as previously mentioned by other reviewers. It doesn’t accurately access the photo gallery. Called customer service. There hours aren’t conducive for real people. I am returning this product today.

As others have mentioned the printer works great and I am very happy with it but I am unable to select any of my pictures I only have access to 20 out of 7 thousand. It is extremely frustrating and makes the printer totally useless.
