Summary of KTMconnect Problems 🔥

- KTM has bricked NAV/connectivity to all the 2021 models or older bikes.

- This app only supports ‘22 or newer models.

- They removed the My Ride app from the store.

- If you don’t have a 2022 bike then you can’t use navigation, Bluetooth, music, literally nothing.

I have purchased the KTM connect app. The phone pairs and connects successfully but the navigation feature does not work. I've been trying over the last few weeks... uninstalling and reinstalling, updating the app, turning off and on but with no success. What am I doing wrong please?

How to fix KTMconnect app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KTMconnect app on iPhone
Update KTMconnect app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KTMconnect iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KTMconnect on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KTMconnect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KTMconnect Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KTMconnect not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KTMconnect App
1. On android, goto Settings » KTMconnect » click [Force Stop]

Update KTMconnect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KTMconnect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KTMconnect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KTMconnect.

Fix KTMconnect unable to contact server/ KTMconnect internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KTMconnect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KTMconnect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
