What is KTMconnect?
The KTMconnect app is a wireless connectivity tool that enhances the riding experience for KTM riders. It offers features such as navigation, mobility service, and engine and suspension customization for motocross riders. The app is available for certain KTM street and dirt bikes.

- Engine customization to suit personal rider preferences and valuable recommendations for inexperienced riders
- Suspension recommendations based on skill level and track conditions and assistance in evaluating and setting the correct suspension sag
- Available for certain KTM street and dirt bikes, including the 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE R/S, 790/890 ADVENTURE /R/RALLY, 390 ADVENTURE, 1290 SUPER DUKE R/RR/EVO, 1290 SUPER DUKE GT, BRABUS 1300R, 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION, 450 SX-F, 350 SX-F, 250 SX-F, 250 SX-F TROY LEE DESIGN, 450 XC-F, 350 XC-F, and 350 XC-F KAILUB RUSSELL.

I’ve owned 3 KTM bikes and just upgraded to a 2020 super duke GT model specifically for these added features. Why would KTM not incorporate existing models in KTMconnect? KTM has basically bricked NAV/connectivity to all the 2021 models or older bikes. KTMconnect only supports ‘22 or newer models. Completely irresponsible of a company to role out an updated app without allowing the historical customers, that supported the brand, continued use. I am extremely dissatisfied. BMW and Ducati do not have this approach. It’s a great brand of motorcycle, but they really need to consider the customers that have existing products.
The MYRIDE app is gone from KTMconnect Store so there is no current way for me to reinstall those features I lost.

They removed the My Ride app from the store. So now I can’t use any of the features I paid 8k dollars to have. Thanks KTM. Great work. If you don’t have a 2022 bike then you can’t use navigation , Bluetooth , music , literally nothing. I don’t even know how this is real.

This replaces the older KTM My Ride App, but no longer supports my 2021 motorcycle. Thanks KTM the software I BOUGHT has been removed from KTMconnect Store. Current and future customer be warned. Pay for premium features at your peril, they can take it away again any day!

Yeah everything on the web site and packaging advertises this feature, but it wasn’t until I had the module installed and activated my bike,l and purchased KTMconnect that I learned it does not support navigation on that bike. What a huge waste of money all around. Not everyone wants to tour on a bike adventure bike! 🤦♂️

Just bought a clean 2017 Super Adventure R from my local dealer. Dealer salesman told me all about the Bluetooth features that work between my phone and bike. KTMconnect doesn’t even support my bike, or anything older than the current model year. Gotta love it.

the website and user manual all say you can use KTMconnect for nav on my 2021 adv390, but it doesnt do anything. i cant find my bike in the list. what a bunch of garbage! deleted. ktm can do better. i would rate this a 0 star if i could.

I just recently purchased 2021 450 XCF & the bike comes with the capability for the use of KTMconnect BUILT IN IT but it does not come with the transmitter so that is the reason why it will not work, the SXF 450 on the other hand comes with the transmitter stock... LIKE WHAT, why not include the transmitter of the bike already has the capability built into it?? doesn’t make any sense KTM! It literally comes stock on yamahas. if you want the transmitter, you’ll have to pay extra for it then it’ll work with KTMconnect . so stupid

I just bought a 2021 300 XC-W and you don’t supply owner’s manual along with the sale, then the least you can do is let your app support more bikes and basically fill that owner’s manual gap where I can track service items and get access manual like content!
