3 years agoMyKTM app is not working with my 2020.5 ktm 450sxf fe. It says it’s an error in red could not connect to bike. Even tho it’s connected to my Bluetooth on my iPhone. Cant seem to find anyone that can help me with this problem.

WHY KTM? Read before you buy!
I’ve owned 3 KTM bikes and just upgraded to a 2020 super duke GT model specifically for these added features. Why would KTM not incorporate existing models in this APP? KTM has basically bricked NAV/connectivity to all the 2021 models or older bikes. This app only supports ‘22 or newer models. Completely irresponsible of a company to role out an updated app without allowing the historical customers, that supported the brand, continued use. I am extremely dissatisfied. BMW and Ducati do not have this approach. It’s a great brand of motorcycle, but they really need to consider the customers that have existing products. The MYRIDE app is gone from the App Store so there is no current way for me to reinstall those features I lost.

Doesn’t support any bikes any more
They removed the My Ride app from the store. So now I can’t use any of the features I paid 8k dollars to have. Thanks KTM. Great work. If you don’t have a 2022 bike then you can’t use navigation , Bluetooth , music , literally nothing. I don’t even know how this is real.

New App name removal of support for 2021 bikes
This replaces the older KTM My Ride App, but no longer supports my 2021 motorcycle. Thanks KTM the software I BOUGHT has been removed from the App Store. Current and future customer be warned. Pay for premium features at your peril, they can take it away again any day!
