It’s a very stressful app, I will advise people who need work done to just focus on their various banks, you can load money onto their cards and it get declined everywhere, when you complain to their customer care they will challenge that it’s working ,complete one star for me , I wish I could just close my Account and take all my money , but they have measures in place to prevent you from do that , having BitsikaForSportsFans is like a bad marriage, easy to get into and very difficult to get out of if it doesn’t work, Mtn 059 numbers don’t even work on the site , customer card replies quickly but seem they don’t have actual Know on how things work, when you ask to talk to a supervisor, you will just be ignored, I googled and saw BitsikaForSportsFans is controlled by my country man, so I have accepted the bad performance , i have over $300 locked up there , if you don’t have money and patients , don’t download, great idea but the service is bad 🙂

Am highly disappointed in the new 2.0 update, the new features are nice and all, but what ticks me off is the new wallets currencies, I preferred the USD wallet option only, but now I see the new local wallets will mask transaction new transaction charges. I might be speculating but if I make a deposit and my speculation are founded, I might just stop using BitsikaForSportsFans. 1.0 was limited but I liked it and saw it met my needs.

BitsikaForSportsFans used to be useful. You can just receive BTC and withdraw to momo or send to bank. Create virtual cards for online use but now BitsikaForSportsFans is a total trash. Customer service is also very poor. They ignore you when you try to contact them.

BitsikaForSportsFans was basically perfect.
Then they decided to restrict deposits to your account, to the country in which your account was created, rendering mine completely useless the moment I moved from my country. If you’re someone who moves around countries a lot, this is NOT BitsikaForSportsFans for you anymore.

I downloaded BitsikaForSportsFans 5 months ago and I deposited some funds in it and I can’t send funds because I haven’t verified my account. Since then I have been trying to verify my account and it’s not working they keep saying selfie is not clear enough meanwhile my phone has a quality picture.

I downloaded BitsikaForSportsFans and It’s asking for Google account I don’t think BitsikaForSportsFans should be programmed like that for IOS users because Apple ID is sufficient for all that. Also when I sign in with my Google account BitsikaForSportsFans asked me to choose my unique name I can be distinguished from others but when I tried to choose the name it’s not giving me the option to move to the next thing to do to set up my account

There are thieves operating in BitsikaForSportsFans They stole extra XAF 5000 from me when I tried to do a transaction they delayed it then wiped my account I don’t recommend BitsikaForSportsFans people it’s run by thieves and the customer service keeps saying they’ll look in to it . If posible I’ll rate this rubbish 0 star

I love BitsikaForSportsFans tho am finding it difficult to reset my app it just lock me out and I can’t reset my password and can’t access my account while I wanna transact business it should be fixed ASAP and emailed their helper center and for an hour now I have not gotten any feedback...

The UI is simple and sleek. It doesn't hang or freeze on my iPhone.

I don’t usually rate apps but here I am. Those giving it low ratings probably haven’t verified their accounts. It’s been a month now and my in app purchases and subscriptions have been smooth. I had no patience for PayPal funds withdrawal delays and switched to bitsika, now bitcoin is transferred to my wallet and withdrawn via momo within minutes. I highly recommend

BitsikaForSportsFans is very useful. I have used it in all my transactions and I haven’t experienced any bug. My problem is that they should increase the daily limit for verified users to at least $2000. I love BitsikaForSportsFans but they should consider helping the verified users as well because they make a lot of transactions and $500 as a daily limit isn’t going to help.

BitsikaForSportsFans deserves more ⭐️ it’s amazing and working perfectly, I pray it keeps working and won’t later start misbehaving just like cheaper cash at first it was working perfectly and later it turned to the worse app ever till date. Anyway more star ⭐️ for you guys

BitsikaForSportsFans is very useful, but the inconveniences created by their frequent maintenance are too much. And when they were transitioning from Visa to MasterCard, I lost all the money on my Visa card, so please do something about it

BitsikaForSportsFans has a verify simple UI, easy to use but functionality it’s terrible. There’s always some sort of bug. Sometimes transactions don’t work and your funds get lost. They have terrible customer service. Use only at your own risk.

Developers keep on making changes to fees in an attempt to make a lot of money off users.

This financial platform called bitsika is a Big Scam!!! Y’all Be Aware how can a financial service that deals with it’s customers money my account will be disabled with 2568$ inside and bitsika will ask me to bring bank statement selfie of card holder with national I’d card I did provided all the documents that they asked me to send customer service telling me that immediately after that my account will be activated back but it’s already been 7 months now and everyday I contact customer service they keep on switching agent asking me one and the same thing over and over again asking me to send email to so called legal team but they never respond back to me it’s been over 7 months now and my account still hasn’t been activated back and my money 2568$ still there frozen this bitsika should be blocked and suspended from working to prevent other clients from falling victim

I am extremly DISAPPOINTED with this app. I lost $2000 in one of my accounts after which i received funds from MTN Mobile Money. I contacted their support and they asked me to provide the credit card and bank statement i used to make the deposit. I was extremly shocked. How does Momo become credit card. I contacted the support and provided them with my bank statement and proof of address and other documents. I kept writing to them for more than 4 weeks without a response. I contacted the chat service back and they kept on asking me to wait. Today June 21st 2021 makes it 2 months already. This same day, I lost $616 in another account after i tried to withdraw and it failed and my account was immediately disabled. The chat service asked me to contact them via email and they asked for same details as last time. I told them i've never used a credit card on my account and they said there is nothing they can do. I've lost already over $2616 with Bitsika and some of my friends have lost more. I THINK BITSIKA IS A SCAM as they reap users of their funds.
