It’s a very stressful app, I will advise people who need work done to just focus on their various banks, you can load money onto their cards and it get declined everywhere, when you complain to their customer care they will challenge that it’s working ,complete one star for me , I wish I could just close my Account and take all my money , but they have measures in place to prevent you from do that , having this app is like a bad marriage, easy to get into and very difficult to get out of if it doesn’t work, Mtn 059 numbers don’t even work on the site , customer card replies quickly but seem they don’t have actual Know on how things work, when you ask to talk to a supervisor, you will just be ignored, I googled and saw the app is controlled by my country man, so I have accepted the bad performance , i have over $300 locked up there , if you don’t have money and patients , don’t download, great idea but the service is bad 🙂
I downloaded the app and It’s asking for Google account I don’t think the app should be programmed like that for IOS users because Apple ID is sufficient for all that. Also when I sign in with my Google account The app asked me to choose my unique name I can be distinguished from others but when I tried to choose the name it’s not giving me the option to move to the next thing to do to set up my account
Am highly disappointed in the new 2.0 update, the new features are nice and all, but what ticks me off is the new wallets currencies, I preferred the USD wallet option only, but now I see the new local wallets will mask transaction new transaction charges. I might be speculating but if I make a deposit and my speculation are founded, I might just stop using this app. 1.0 was limited but I liked it and saw it met my needs.
