Once again Rouvy not working. Had i not just renewed my subscription id leave. Seems unreliable after last update
I use Apple TV for Rouvy, and it has crashed twice in the last few rides on a challenge, this wouldn’t be nearly so annoying if it was possible to continue the ride upon restart of the programme instead of having to start again, especially since it always seems to crash when you’re almost finished. More and more issues concerning connection and non working graphics etc .. on a weekly basis now... as for support that too is a joke.. when they reply it always a response to something which has no benefit or bearing with the original complaint... Rouvy annual subscription isn't cheap but it becomes very very expensive when you pay for something you can't use or fails to deliver... I have been with Rouvy for several years transitioning from Zwift ... having tried B'kool Fulgaz and so on.. I have been riding outdoors and indoors for over 10 years on almost a daily basis... connected to pro teams over the years and so so pissed off paying for rubbish service and useless customer support... just get your finger out Rouvy sort the problems and gremlins out and deliver what you offer online ... other cycle app companies are making vast progress and becoming more attractive in comparison to Rouvy who dont seem to give a damn - words are cheap Rouvy.. your 'links' dont work 99% of the time either ... SORT IT OUT !!!
Rouvy used to be a good program. havnt used it in several months. last 2 days it crashes after 10mn restart and crashes again happened last 2 days. may have to cancle subscription after 6 yrs
rouvy has been crashing almost instantly on my mac. i have removed and re installed and no luck. I have also also done all updates and my mac has plenty of storage available also tried just shutting off the laptop etc.....everyhting else is working fine on my laptop..but cant use rouvy at all..thank you...ron
App crashes constantly lately. Never had an issue until last 3 weeks
Latest upgrade has message with Utility 2022.xxx showing loading line, stalls then closes app.
Apple TV v2.22.0.114 unresponsive at almost 2hrs into ride.
