Rouvy on my laptop has semi crashed twice on past few days. First time the screen froze, but ride data continued and I could complete ride "blind". Second time, just now, screen went black. Totally black. Multiple clicks gives a white screen with endlessly circling "connecting/ loading" cursor thing. If click again, it says Rouvy desktop application not responding. If you close the application you might lose data. Close app? Wait for app to respond?" Don't want to lose a 2 hour us climb. Very annoying. Just updated everything 2 days ago. What's happening????

When I start cycling the screen freezes, sometimes after 2 km or after 50 its random but the last week it happends everytime. It was not for more than half a year a started to use Rouvy. What can I do to solve this problem?

Activity is not uploading to the cloud. Message on screen : Server Error We're sorry! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Please try again later. error 500 What can i do about this problem.?

How to fix Rouvy Workouts app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rouvy Workouts app on iPhone
Update Rouvy Workouts app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rouvy Workouts iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rouvy Workouts on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rouvy Workouts network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Rouvy Workouts not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rouvy Workouts App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rouvy Workouts » click [Force Stop]

Update Rouvy Workouts to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rouvy Workouts App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rouvy Workouts » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rouvy Workouts.

Fix Rouvy Workouts unable to contact server/ Rouvy Workouts internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rouvy Workouts » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rouvy Workouts » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rouvy Workouts
