How to fix LN24 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LN24 app on iPhone
Update LN24 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LN24 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LN24 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LN24 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LN24 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LN24 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LN24 App
1. On android, goto Settings » LN24 » click [Force Stop]

Update LN24 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LN24 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LN24 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LN24.

Fix LN24 unable to contact server/ LN24 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LN24 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LN24 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
