How to fix LNB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LNB app on iPhone
Update LNB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LNB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LNB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LNB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LNB Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LNB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LNB App
1. On android, goto Settings » LNB » click [Force Stop]

Update LNB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LNB App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LNB » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LNB.

Fix LNB unable to contact server/ LNB internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LNB » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LNB » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LNB
