Drivers ask for extra money offline

I have been a customer for this company for 5 years. It started with good customer service but these 3 months I get request from the drivers to pay extra money and offline for different reasons but it’s mainly when they hear me speak English. It’s such a shame as I called and complained but the operator supported the driver that it’s his right not to take me even though I repeatedly told the operator that the driver is requesting extra payment offline or took my change without my consent. Overall no respect for the customer from the drivers or no additional assistance when called my for help. As a woman I don’t feel safe driving with them because there will not be anyone from the company to help you in emergency situations. Other companies provide safer service specially for women. I don’t advice.
Poor function up and unprofessional service

I’ve been one frequent Feres user over the past 2 years. Surprisingly, in early days were much better in terms of functionality of the app, and the professional itch of the drivers. Recently, I’ve encountered failure of the App serveral times, and when it does work sometimes the location is wrong, on top of that, most the drivers seem to be inconvenient and lack understanding of the service as as whole.
Terrible App

I’ve been using the app for almost a year now without much issue but these past months it has stopped working. If they are not willing to fix and update their apps regularly they will definitely lose customers in this competitive field. I tried deleting and downloading the app a few times but it’s still not working as it should so I’ve given up on Feres and am using other services with much better user interface
