I am 100% convinced this app is a scam. I used this app to pay for parking in downtown Tulsa. 15 minutes after I had paid for parking I received a ticket. The receipt tab on the app would never load so I could dispute the ticket. I used the communication tab to try and get ahold of someone for help and never received a response. I then called the company number, no one answered. I left them a message and still never heard anything back. I was level headed and calm in my email and phone message but never the less I ended up having to pay the parking ticket. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

There is no way to select a time amount in the app. It shows a one time fee for parking. Not only does it take 10 years to create an account with them in the shady looking app, they’ll also give you a ticket after paying through said sketchy looking app. I paid for parking yet got a $35 ticket for no reason. This is a ridiculous scam in midtown.

This is obscene. It takes a thousand years to “make an account” (after DOWNLOADING AN APP to PARK), then it doesn’t even keep you signed in for the future (or remember your sign in information). It doesn’t even work all the time to process payments.
What happened to a kiosk or a person you can hand money to and be done with?
