I have played alot and it seems that your games are so one-sided. MY opponents always have the cards I put down and get the red 3s,etc. I feel the games are are rigged. It would not be so obvious if didn,t happen as often as it does.If you don,t fix the problem you will lose players. I play for fun and yours is not that.Why play if the game is not fair?
I am very sorry but unable to locate my payment. Have paid for 180 days for premium and got the 180 days. however i am not allowed some tables because i am told ti do not have premium. Being restricted for inappropriate behavior

I am so angry at canasta palace, I went to play canasta tonight and I have been blocked because inappropriate behavior this is not the first time it is the third or fourth time. I have never been inappropriate a matter of fact I don’t believe I’ve had any conversations with any players. I really enjoyed playing with canasta palace you can tell I have bought many coins and I am now forced to delete a app. I am beside myself that you can just report somebody because either they were sore loser and lost the game or they’re just idiots I don’t think That I should be black thank you very much Jenny

Love the game of Canasta and play on multiple platforms. This one is rigged against you and here is my opinion why, the house always keeps 50% of your winnings (why so much). When playing the slot game that is part of it, you win $0 chip on a $50 playing a total of $1400 chips. They just want you to spend money so they can take us slowly when play canasta or really fast on the slots. No option to contact support on the game or profile, no I am not just a salty one time user (Level 40) with a lot of $$ into it.
Once you get to 3 star, everyone quits if you get the pile.

Dinged less than if they finish and lose. Stinks yes, bad sports, yes, but you also get dinged for playing a 3 or 4 stars after they have left. It's impossible to get to 4 star unless you start over and take advantage of getting +50 to 70 in the beginning. This means you are now playing a 3-4 star that starts over at 1...
Really frustrating playing for any length of time.
Developers should do something.
Not a realistic card game :(
