Update: Premium player here… well, let me rephrase that, I PAID for a premium membership and PAID for extra coins, but have not been able to log into the game through Facebook for the past week. I PAID to start a club that I can’t access. My premium membership is dwindling away because I can’t access the game that I paid to play! I created another account using my email, but I’ve lost all the premium features, my coins, my club, my friends and all my statistical history. This is so not good.
I enjoy this game and play it daily. I purchased a membership and coins regularly. I was close to 4 stars, but could not seem to get good hands or partners which has lowered my rank back to almost 1. Tonight I played a four person game, my partner and I each with 2 stars, our opponents with 4 and 5 stars. I was fortunate enough to be able to pick up the discard pile and racked up enough points to win the game, however, this apparently didn’t sit well with the sore loser who BANNED ME FOR NO LEGITIMATE REASON WHATSOEVER! I’ve read other complaints about this in the reviews, how is this fair? I’m now banned for 5 hours with absolutely no recourse. Complaints should be reviewed before someone is suspended from playing. You need a better system, this is absurd.
