Summary of Lolli Problems 🔥

- Long wait times for rewards to be released

- Separate wallets under the same account, i.e. desktop and phone, cannot be merged

- Bitcoin rewards are not given at the worth of when it is earned, instead you get the fiat value and they cash you out at bitcoin at the time of when you have enough to transfer

- Bitcoin price fluctuating can cause bitcoin amount to fall but USD stays the same

For brave and chrome when I click to start lolli extension app it crashes.

i am shopping on ebay and using the brave browser. When I click it to activate it on ebay, it crashes. I reload it and it crashed again, and again and again....

How to fix Lolli app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lolli app on iPhone
Update Lolli app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lolli iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lolli on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lolli network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lolli Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lolli not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lolli App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lolli » click [Force Stop]

Update Lolli to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lolli App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lolli » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lolli.

Fix Lolli unable to contact server/ Lolli internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lolli » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lolli » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lolli
