For such a large company, WellsOneExpenseManager is beyond poor. The fact that you have to approve each transaction individually is horrible. For the love of God make a feature to select multiple items to approve so WellsOneExpenseManager is actually usable.
Reconciling my expense report for this month and noted multiple receipts are missing, can no longer trust WellsOneExpenseManager to perform one of it’s primary functions.
WellsOneExpenseManager , just as I’ve came to expect from Wells Fargo experience reporting, is complete garbage. It’s way over engineered and barely works.
Keep getting a message to upgrade WellsOneExpenseManager everyone I sign in.
WellsOneExpenseManager will not give expense information
WellsOneExpenseManager simply will not allow me to log in with my phone. In order to use WellsOneExpenseManager I am required to log in on a computer, then navigate to a window that will pull up a QR code that I can use to log in with WellsOneExpenseManager , but in that case I’m already logged in on a computer so what’s the point? The IT department at my company tells me this is a common issue with WellsOneExpenseManager and comes from the developers end. Very unhappy to have an app that can’t even be opened without the assistance of a PC.
The update just sits and spins and spins and won’t upload on my phone. I get a message to upload this on my phone constantly when I am using your app. But it won’t actually upload.
WellsOneExpenseManager worked well as long as I had an iPhone 8. Now that I have an iPhone 15 I cannot sign on without going to my laptop, signing in and going to expenses and getting the QR code every time. Sometimes it will log me out while I’m using it and I have to go through the whole process again.
I received an email with a number to call for help. I was told Wells Fargo doesn’t have anything called an Expense Manager and I need to contact the developer of WellsOneExpenseManager .
Add the ability to select from files or other apps. Make your camera capture of receipts more intelligent. Allow multiple selection of expenses for mass update or approval. Use real time receipt captures automatically from the merchant at time of transaction, so all you need to do is provide a reason for the expense, done. Then it would be a much more useful app. Consider changing app authoring vendors. Thank you.
System works pretty well but you cant use your credit card to tap you have to insert it, a real disappointment
