How to fix IHSA Golf app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the IHSA Golf app on iPhone
Update IHSA Golf app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IHSA Golf iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IHSA Golf on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IHSA Golf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

IHSA Golf Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix IHSA Golf not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the IHSA Golf App
1. On android, goto Settings » IHSA Golf » click [Force Stop]

Update IHSA Golf to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IHSA Golf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » IHSA Golf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart IHSA Golf.

Fix IHSA Golf unable to contact server/ IHSA Golf internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click IHSA Golf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto IHSA Golf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IHSA Golf
