How to fix Readwise app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Readwise app on iPhone
Update Readwise app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Readwise iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Readwise on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Readwise network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Readwise Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Readwise not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Readwise App
1. On android, goto Settings » Readwise » click [Force Stop]

Update Readwise to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Readwise App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Readwise » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Readwise.

Fix Readwise unable to contact server/ Readwise internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Readwise » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Readwise » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Readwise
