Downloaded Timesiso and it says I have to allow Timesiso to connect to my WiFi and when I go to allow it and go back to Timesiso it still says i need to allow it access to WiFi. Completely useless to me and ruins the product that goes with it.

I bought a $40 device that will only work with the camera on Timesiso and it wont connect to the wifi my phone is already connected to. I don’t know what to do now bc Timesiso is not working. The bugs need to fixed so I can use the device.

The camera stopped working after the first use despite Timesiso being connected appropriately. The Home Screen just keeps buffering. Tried deleting Timesiso and resetting the WiFi but nothing worked. Don’t waste your money.

It connects to wifi but when i open app it says that it needs to connect to wifi. The camera is on, phone picks up the proper wifi signal. Reopen app same issue

I deleted app and “forgot” wifi network. Now i need a password i have no clue how to access.

I go to app support and it’s all chinese so i am screwed. It’s too bad, it took good images and worked when i first tried it but now it is useless.

No English app support. Manual comes with literally 2 pages of pictures. Had to read reviews to figure out how to connect to WiFi. Once connected, the little house icon just spins and nothing. Timesiso doesn’t work. Tried loading and unloading on iPads and iPhone. Nothing. Returning it. Also..picking a nickname to leave a review is a joke. Everything is taken. It’s almost like you can’t leave another bad review.

Like everyone else, Timesiso doesn’t work and makes the device completely useless. Will not show any connections. Tried on 5gHz and 2.4. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Tried making sure the device was fully charged. This is super annoying and frustrating and a complete waste of money.

No matter what I do I can’t get the network to show up. When I first got this, I was able to connect but after a few times using it, I started having trouble again. I would not recommend this to anyone. I ended up purchasing a different one and it works fine.

No matter what I do, the camera will not load anymore!! This is so frustrating, because I love this thing. Can you PLEASE update your app so that it can work again??? The device itself will connect to my phone with no issue, so it must be Timesiso that has the issue.

Works off and on...rarely can I get the camera to work in real time so by the time I’ve punctured my ear drum, the camera starts to show the picture of inside my ear. If I remove the “spoon”, the camera seems to work which defeats the purpose of being able to clean my ears with the spoon.

Bought this as a nurse practitioner for home use, didn’t want to spent several hundred dollars on a professional otoscope.
This worked nice at first could see fluid behind eardrum, nice enough that I bought one for my daughter to use as well.
Now I can’t get it to focus no matter what I try.
Would not recommend for anyone.

The device no longer contents to WiFi. I have no idea why. Extremely frustrating when it used to work.

Hey, this is a handy gadget that I’ve loved using regularly, and Timesiso worked well until 4 days ago when Timesiso updated. I can still hook into the device’s WiFi, but I can’t get it to move into the next phase to display the video. There’s not much point to using it at all without the video. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon and I can increase the number of stars in this rating!

I like the device. It stops leaving marks easily after you use it a few times. My issue is Timesiso . It times out from the connection quite frequently. I’ll try to reconnect and it’ll not response when I press the virtual world button. Can you guys fix or update Timesiso ? It’s currently not connecting.

Camera resolution is not that great.
If you check the orientation of the camera before using it, you’ll notice that it is upside down and backwards. You can just rotate your phone to fix this but the developer should be able to fix this. Otherwise it’s usable.

Do not put a GIANT BANNER across the image telling us the battery is low. We can already see that. If you must display another message, put it below the image, not across it.

Was working great before. After the latest update tapping on the home icon does nothing anymore
Update 01/25: The issue seems to have been fixed and now it is working again

After failing to connect with both my iPhone and my iPad, I went through all of the reviews and finally found one that told me what to do. The instructions that came with the device are wrong! I had to go to the settings on my iPad and select the device, rather than my home WiFi. I then went back to Timesiso and it worked great! I wear hearing aids that are completely inside my ear canal. They’d pushed a tremendous quantity of wax deep into the canal, completely blocking the canal, further impairing my hearing. Although it was a little scary at first, I was able to clear it out, which instantly improved my hearing. Great device with lousy installation instructions.

I see people giving horrible reviews for a device and app that work amazing! You don’t connect the device via Bluetooth or anything like you would normally connect a device. It connects via your Wi-Fi. It’s clearly in the instructions. If you connect it properly, it works amazing! Took amazing pictures of my ruptured eardrum that I can use on a virtual visit with my doctor as I’m disabled and can’t drive. If I could post the pics, I would just so you could see the quality.

I RARELY write reviews but I felt compelled to do so. This product works great! My ears have never been cleaner. I was also able to check my dogs ears easily bc she has constant ear infections as she’s gotten older.

***If you experience problems with it reorienting, you can simply change the settings to avoid this issue.

Asks to access everything, phone calls, microphone, photos, location etc. it uses WiFi instead of Bluetooth for connection. My Data usage skyrocketed as they lifted my Data, don’t download. Scam

It says to put in a password for the machine. I put in my own personal WiFi password thinking that’s it. It didn’t connect and I don’t know the password for the machine. If you can please post the loss word or something that I can do.

I’ve looked and tried everything, but I can not get Timesiso to connect to WIFI to use the camera. I bought and paid more specifically for the camera feature. Returning for one that works or has tech support that responds.

Like other review. It seems to keep orienting itself. Very difficult to maneuver. Picture and focus is very clear. Why are the other 13 reviews hidden?

I find Timesiso to be very useful, fun, and interesting. my otoscope was inexpensive, and well worth the cost.    ​
