3 years agoI was able to use the app and device just fine to the point where i completely used it up to it dying which was quite a bummer due to how much fun i was having. I’ve since tried to use it again and the device works just fine but the camera does not appear, no error message, no blocked camera it just doesn’t show it on the app. When i take pictures it does the check mark still but when u click video i get a “!” message. Any help??

3 years agoAs of 07/13/2021 I was having connection issues, the app was asking for a password (no idea what it was), so I deleted the app, reinstalled it and on the password I typed 12345678 and it connected. That worked for me, camera worked fine. Just sharing my solution. Thanks.

It worked at first but not now
It connects to wifi but when i open app it says that it needs to connect to wifi. The camera is on, phone picks up the proper wifi signal. Reopen app same issue I deleted app and “forgot” wifi network. Now i need a password i have no clue how to access. I go to app support and it’s all chinese so i am screwed. It’s too bad, it took good images and worked when i first tried it but now it is useless.

No English app support. Manual comes with literally 2 pages of pictures. Had to read reviews to figure out how to connect to WiFi. Once connected, the little house icon just spins and nothing. The app doesn’t work. Tried loading and unloading on iPads and iPhone. Nothing. Returning it. Also..picking a nickname to leave a review is a joke. Everything is taken. It’s almost like you can’t leave another bad review.

Doesn’t work
Like everyone else, this app doesn’t work and makes the device completely useless. Will not show any connections. Tried on 5gHz and 2.4. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Tried making sure the device was fully charged. This is super annoying and frustrating and a complete waste of money.
