Hi When I launch the app it shows the first screen then closes on an iPhone 6 plus 12.5.7. It worked before the latest update from Apple.

Close and restart the Streamlabs Controller app on iPhone
Update Streamlabs Controller app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Streamlabs Controller iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Streamlabs Controller on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Streamlabs Controller network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Streamlabs Controller App
1. On android, goto Settings » Streamlabs Controller » click [Force Stop]

Update Streamlabs Controller to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Streamlabs Controller App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Streamlabs Controller » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Streamlabs Controller.

Fix Streamlabs Controller unable to contact server/ Streamlabs Controller internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Streamlabs Controller » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Streamlabs Controller » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Streamlabs Controller
