UltiselfSelfImprovement does improve my mood because it makes me laugh. But not intentionally. First, it’s constant attempts to up-sell. Buy this add-on, add this package, buy this enhancement, buy this, buy this, buy this. It’s like when you order one of those as-seen-on-TV things and they try to get you to add a dozen different things before you can finally get to the end of the sales pitch. Feels very scammy. Plus the habits they have in their database are so extremely specific. There is no habit for just do cardio every morning….no, you have to pick alternate nostril breathing, yoga, walk the dog, tension training, cycling, kayaking, etc. Don’t waste your time and more importantly your money on UltiselfSelfImprovement. It’s pretty, and has a slick interface, but it’s useless. I’m glad I only wasted $27 on the alleged “lifetime premium” except that premium doesn’t include the 23 add-ons they will relentlessly email and popup trying to get you to buy.
