The app didn’t download or charge correctly. I did not receive the 7 day free trial. I was also charged twice, for two different subscriptions. After looking into using the app, it did not provide what I needed or what I thought it contained for habit tracking. I was just expecting something different and did not realize this from the description. I immediately tried canceling, but found it difficult to get ahold of a refund or cancellation department. Once I did contact someone, they made all the promises to work it out, but over a week later I’m still waiting for my refund. Now this person I’m emailing at the company is questioning if I was charged, despite the fact I already sent my bank statement showing evidence. They are also questioning if I have active subscriptions, but it clearly says “active” above the subscription. After over a week of being given the run around, I decided to warn others. I will now be taking this battle to iTunes and filing a report there, if necessary. This is a huge waste of time for an app that was supposed to help me find balance in life.

When you get your email it will give you some bogus % of savings they are “offering” you, mine was $37 just to see my “tailored routine”. I said no, so they then offered me the same for $19! It hilariously pathetic. The company puts all their money in advertising and marketing in order to get you to sign up, the product itself doesn’t offer anything that other free apps offer. This company is laughable. Their sales techniques are so long and so extensive, it should be obvious to everyone that is all they care about. When a company is offering you something at such a crazy discount and then tries to tell you all the amazing benefits with pages and videos and fake testimonials that go on and on and on and on….run away!! It’s a scam, a legal scam, it’s called Capitalism. They take your money & don’t follow through with the service. This is a truly shameful, disgusting, corrupt, unethical, should be illegal app. Don’t allow these fools to take your money! Run!!

First of all, after charging you for the “membership” everything inside the app is a constant upsell. Also, beware which email address you give, as they will sell your email and you’ll very quickly start getting endless unsolicited spam from companies you have no relationship with.

The user interface is terrible and does the exact opposite of motivating you to do anything. It’s crowded, clunky, and as stated is a huge sales push to get you to buy more. And on top of that, despite their promise of a 30 day money back guarantee, they will not honor your request immediately but instead apply pressure to get you to stay. It’s actual work to get a refund with this company. And even after the cancellation (which finally happened after many annoying sales emails), the spam emails will continue from 3rd party companies.

Everything about this app and company is a money grab. I’d look elsewhere.
