How to fix iWifi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iWifi app on iPhone
Update iWifi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iWifi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iWifi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iWifi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iWifi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iWifi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iWifi App
1. On android, goto Settings » iWifi » click [Force Stop]

Update iWifi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iWifi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iWifi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iWifi.

Fix iWifi unable to contact server/ iWifi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iWifi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iWifi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iWifi
