Hi I currently have two issues regarding FastVPN. Firstly, when using the app and trying to connect to another country, the app becomes unresponsive and I am unable to proceed with connection. On a pc, once I finished with and connection and disconnect, it will not allow me to go back into the VPN. It tells me it's already running and then closes down. The whole pc has to be shut down for the vpn to then start working again. Can I please have some suggestions as to a way forward? Many thanks. Sarah Neale
