I need to change the checking account for my auto pay draws. I have not got through to WE no matter how I try. In attempting to set up an account with my email, I can not get a 'verification' code to set my password - I've made four attempts with not success. HELP!
We Energies trimmed trees encroaching on power lines last fall but left brush, tree branches and logs on my property for me to deal with. When I inquired, they said that's their policy - to cut and leave behind. It's interesting they hauled away brush, branches and logs in the areas close to the house where we would notice but left everything on the back of my property where we don't frequent as often, especially in the late fall and winter. Worst of all, all the dumpings were placed in a pond at the back of my property, covering nearly all of it. How many creatures did they affect? Is this policy? Would they have left brush, branches and logs in a customer's pool and claimed policy as their justification? This is unacceptable to trash customer's property and transfer significant cost to property owners.
I just received a card in the mail that WE ENERGIES believes no one is living in this lower apt. You r threatening to shut us off. My address 1554 Packard Ave. Racine

while it does have some nice features, the very first thing that this app did was it forcibly enrolled me in electronic statements, without asking. What a great way to make a first impression. Some of us do not want to have to log into dozens of different websites for all of our banks, investments, utility providers, services, and other statement-generating businesses every month. It is in no way easier or better for the end user. I do not want to be tasked with having to keep track of all of these, and I still have to download and print many of them out for tax purposes, so it is better just to have them mailed through the USPS, which is simple and reliable. I am tired of hearing the lie of how much easier electronic statements are, and I highly resent being automatically enrolled without even being asked. it just shovels more work off on to the consumer, and is a poorly disguised attempt to reduce We Energies costs of doing business.
Can’t log in on the app!!

Something is wrong with the app! It was working fine for awhile but I’m no longer able to log in on my phone. I keep getting an error message saying my email address or password is not correct. I’ve had to go on my laptop instead… where the exact same email address and password is used to successfully log in with. If the email and password work to log me in on my laptop, then I shouldn’t be getting the error message from my phone app that they’re not correct! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that hasn’t helped either. I’ve carefully retyped the info multiple times, even though it is in my stored passwords that used to log me in with no problem. :(
Doesn’t work anymore

The app used to work great. I always wanted a we energies app because the website update is clunky. Then all of a sudden the app would crash all the time. But now the app doesn’t even load, it’s just a blank white screen. Even after deleting it and redownloading. If the app doesn’t work can you guys at least bring back the old website?
