I signed up aíralo esim plan before flying to Germany. It worked well during my stay there but when I arrived Spain , the data roaming was turned off and there was no internet connection. However I found the solution by turning on the data roaming. The problem now is I can’t open Airolo app now. The app shows ‘ response status code was unacceptable:403’ ‘try connection’

Trying to open the app in Dubai while on WiFi to see if I could buy a plan for my upcoming trip but the app says no internet connection. Tried every logical solution but didn't work, so uninstalled it.
