Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Step app issues:

Force Stop the Step App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Step app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Step to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Step App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Step app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Step.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

Click Step » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
