I just paid for blocksite and tried running the add on. It will not work. I'm running it in Chrome. I click on none of the options are available to me. They don't work. The red shield sits there with the white spinning circle in the middle - nothing else. This happened to me the last time I tried to use this add on and it failed. I decided to try it again, but it is not working. Please help!!! Thanks, Frank

I just purchased BlockSite, received the email to start using it in my Edge browser without any trouble. I don't need the app on my laptop, I need it on my hp desktop on which I use Chrome as my browser. I sent the email I received to start using BlockSite from my laptop (Outlook, Edge) to the HP desktop (Windows Home 10/Chrome). I clicked on the start using button but I am not able to use the functionality of BlockSite. Not all of the options appear and nothing happens when I try to use those that are there. The HP desktop is the machine I need and want to use BlockSite on. How do I do that? Please help!!!

Email Verification Failed 2022-08-29

I tried changing the password so that my wife can lock it for me but she gets an error message ("Email Verification Failed") when she clicks on the email. Note that I went through the "forgot my password" route. Now, both of us are locked out of that account. Please help
